Higher education women might receive $90,000 from the Barbara J. DeVaney Memorial Scholarship Fund.
From $90,000 in scholarships, six recipients will get $10,000. Six more winners will receive $5,000, totalling 12.
This scholarship fund honours Barbara J. DeVaney by helping underrepresented women in higher education. Single mothers, widows, immigrants, women of colour, first-generation college students, and abuse survivors are urged to apply.
This scholarship can be used for trade schools as well as four-year universities.
